So while the Haditha storm is still brewing, this incident popped up.

The US marine corps has charged seven marines and a navy sailor with murder over the death of a disabled Iraqi man. They killed him Hamandiya and tried to cover up his death by making it seem as if he were an insurgent. :angry:

Perhaps, they should reconsider that Marine motto...

According to Iraqi Vets Against the War, the soldiers are always shooting random Iraqis and then leaving shovels next to the dead bodies so as to incriminate them in insurgent activities.

These Marines left a rifle nearby as well so to cover it up even more.

It's doubtful that this is the only incident. More or less, it's one of the rare instances where the troops are caught.
