For US citizens especially...if you are against Bush and the war, then you are against your government.

So is this treason?

No, it's considered dissent. However, right-wing "pundits" like Ann Coulter call it treason, and once something is thrown into the right's echo chamber and repeated a million times people start accepting it is valid.
