Hi,

I joined a while ago, but this is my first post here.

I live in Australia and am hating it more by the second.

I'm not quite sure where I am on the political spectrum right now. Definitely feminist, environmentalist, collectivist, pacifist. I'm not quite sure how well pacifism works with revolutionary-ism. I have a streak of idealism which is rapidly dimishing due to an unhealthy degree of nihilism. And great pessimism.

So...hey!

hehey!

whereabouts in aus are you? i be in sydney :)

i'm pretty similar to you (feminist, environmentalist, collectivist) cept not a pacifist. precisely because of it's incompatibility with 'revolutionary-ism' ;) i also am quite idealist, although lately i've been feeling pretty ineffective - i'm hoping i don't burn out soon :/

but not a pessimist :)

anyways, welcome and enjoy!

i look forward to reading your posts :D

peace out

RB

ps theres an aus and nz thread in this forum, check it out if you like :D

Hey hey! I should be studying or sleeping but I'm on RevLeft!

(I'm also an Australian, living on that little island south of the big one.)

Enjoy your stay on RevLeft, hope you can stay a while.

And while you might hate some of what is going on in Australia (Labor state governments are responsible for a lot of it, as well as slimy Johny), it is still better then a lot of other places. Just.

But he used to be a Trot from Tasmania. (Honest!)

Where in Australia are you? What do you do with your time? The other posters in this thread (including me) are students (actually Cthenthar isn't a student just now, but he used to be).
