i just finished this about a week ago. if you're into punk rock, esp. the old 70s stuff, the VU, dead boys, richard hell, new york dolls, blondie, ramones, check it out. it's a compilation of interviews with iggy pop, the ramones, etc. explaining series of events, lifestyles, relationships, the history of the movement in new york city and its beginnings in the UK. especially full of desperation and depravity, just how i like it.

sorry, drunk book review endedup a little vague. yes, the title is "please kill me" and the authors are legs mcneil and gillian mccain.
