Russia had disarmd already 1% of his chemical and nuclear weopons.and for that they get a lot of money.
but they only get the money if they disarm completely.
Amerika gives N_Korea food and oil for disarming the country.

Amerika is really trying to be the one and only power of the world.this time they really gone to far WAY TO FAR.
and i bet when these 2 country's ahve disarmed they only get 1/3 of there money and ameriak will conquer there country's.but russia and N-korea are only doing this for there country to give the people food.isn't that real socialism?

I'm not sure if North Korea have even admitted that they have nuclear weapons. The reason that they pursued nuclear power was that the Bush government had backed off from an agreement made by the Clinton administration that they would aid the DPRK in building power plants based on alternative sources, e.g. oil.

North Korea was forced to turn to a nuclear programme because of Bush. That's the only reason anyone has paid any attention to the country for the first time in years.

To make some things clear:

It is suspected that the DPRK has 2-3 atom bombs, these are relatively weak nuclear weapons. They have no thermonuclear weapons as the U.S. does.

The deactivation of the nuclear programme in Korea is subject to economic aid according to a recently proposed deal from Pyongyang. The U.S. rejected this deal today, again stating that economic aid to the DPRK would be 'rewarding it for its bad behaviour'.

The U.S. states seem to be maneouvering themselves for an attack on the DPRK. The U.S. has rejected offers of a settlement from the DPRK for the reason I have stated above, although this reason is a facade for their aggressive imperialist nature. The DPRK has not been behaving badly, it is only the U.S. that has behaved badly. The U.S. have deliberately tried to economically weaken the DPRK for decades and have now stepped up their attempts in anticipation of a U.S. strike to finally bring socialism to an end in Korea.

This sort of imperialistic action leads me to serious concern regarding thge potency of a Communist revolution. How powerful can we be against a nation that uses military and economic manipulation to weaken others and stregthen itself?

The tension between N. Korea and America doesn't seem to be escalating significantly as was the tension between America and Iraq. I hope the Koreans don't give in too much to American blackmail, though it will be hard. If the N. Koreans want to feed the people, they will have to put themselves in a position of military inferiority, and thus, oppression from America. It is not the first time America does something of this nature.
