I don't know what the writing is about, but I recognize the symbol at the top. :)
They march on the avenida de mayo (spell???) right? Is that university near there? Or named after them or something? :)

Objectives
In continuity with the work which we come making from beginnings of year 2002 in the Popular University, by order of the Mothers of Plaza de Mayo, the Free Seminar Ernesto Che Guevara sets out to throughout develop to the year a 2003 basic program of POLITICAL FORMATION. This program and this matter are directed to students of the Popular University and to the ones who participate in different political or social organizations, or that is arranged to be part of the anti capitalist popular militancy and by the socialism.
We made this proposal, convinced that Latin America lives a new moment on joint of the social and political movements, of creation of popular organizations that try revolutionary transformations of the society, and of growth of the alternatives that defy what it was tried to draft like? new order? Worldwide capitalist. In the forces that are protagonists of the resistance, the demands between the new generations, but also among other sectors grow. Especially that today enter to the fight to base their militancy on a solid political formation that allows them to be protagonists of the understanding of the new realities and the collective construction of essential knowledge in the different modalities that the fight of classes acquires.
In this context, it is necessary to contribute to the formation of a solid structure of thought of the militancy, being surpassed so much the “basismo” as the academicism that predominates in some organizations and groups; and assuming which an emptiness in the Marxist political formation of several generations has been created, that as much has its roots in the scorn by the theory that exists in some movements and parties of left, like in the rejection to the models of sometimes disconnected dogmatic formation and of the reality that paid the theoretical and practical crisis of the socialist thought. The understanding of the importance of the cultural battle as it leaves from the battles by the socialism makes these demands more fixed.
The proposal that we presented/displayed tries to contribute to the introduction to the Marxist thought, from an approach to the reality that lives the popular sectors, to include/understand the crisis, its origins, arguing with the readings of the same one that are made from the dominant, tendientes sectors to install, as much in the common sense, like in the ideas and existing theories, slight knowledge that? Naturalize the oppression. It is also tried to maintain the necessity to affirm to a philosophy and an own method of the workers for the analysis and the understanding of the reality, with a proposal that binds the ideas, the thoughts, the values, with the practices that come developing the popular movements. They analyze Capitalism, its origins, its present development, the forms in which exert the domination. The anticapitalist resistance and the experiences of fight by the socialism are valued that cross 20th century and initiate 21st century. The foundations of the socialist option set out, like political project, theory, ethics and values. This varied range of problems and subjects the Guevara’s approach themselves from the political and ideological optics of the Che and from the example of life and the ethical commitment of the Mothers of Plaza de Mayo
