There are areas all over the US that are, to an extent like this. Through redlining small towns have maintained a 100 percent white population. Realtors do not show homes to black families in specific towns within a district and if a black family does happen to move in, often the racism they meet provokes them to move.

Not only is redlining illigal but it is racism of the worst kind. Structural racism that is organized and thought out. Realtors are conscience of their actions and motives to segragate.

Many Jews also see themselves as a seperate race, I know one group is called "Ashkenazi" (which, coincidentally, Marx was) and another is "Sephardi", I'm not sure if there's any other divisions.
