First, I'll paste a paragraph for you to know a bit about Molina Ocampo:

Lawyer has represented victims in Argentina, Chile, Italy

Moreno Ocampo helped prosecute the military junta responsible for Argentina's "dirty war" in the late 1970s and early 1980s

During the Argentine military's iron-fisted rule, about 9,000 dissidents were killed or disappeared, according to the government. Human rights groups say the figure is closer to 30,000.

Since 1992, Moreno Ocampo has been a partner in a Buenos Aires law firm specializing in criminal and human rights law, corruption control programs, and dispute resolution.

He represented the victims in Italy's requested extradition of Nazi officer Erich Priebke in 2001 and the victims in the 2002 criminal trial of a Chilean secret police officer accused of murdering Chilean Gen. Carlos Prats in Buenos Aires in 1974.
