So...

This week has been pretty funky; I spotted and tore down 20 fliers from 2 different christian groups and gave the finger to a third group that had a table set up in fron of the dining hall.

I sent 3 e-mails asking 2 of the groups to stop putting up fliers, which of course were answered with polite "no way"s. It's annoying when they're polite. One of them is a place called the Veritas forum, who seem to be trying to get into a bunch of universities.

So I'm trying to start a campus wide movement to stop people posting religious fliers. But I don't know where to start, I'm only 1 student, I don't have/won't get any sort of help from the school (the campus christians on the other hand get actual money to run their club) and I'm not entirely sure what tone I need to set to get people to listen.

My only idea so far has been to make my own fliers to replace the ones I tear down, but I'm not even sure I have a clear/concise anti-religion arguement

any advice on building from scratch? Or on a better way to dig up stuff on these Veritas guys (google search can only do so much)?

EDIT: also, please can I just have stuff about making movements, not a diatribe on religion (pro or con)

Counter-propaganda is a very good idea, but making your own can be more effort than you need to put in. If you would you like some Posters and stickers to put over theirs, let me know and I can send you some Class War / Anarchist Federation / Antifa stuff.

What you could do is just get in touch with fellow students, who agree with you, the best way to find these people is by putting up flyers opposing religion, with contact info at the bottom. Then with a bunch of you, decide what to do, and just go and do it. Trying to get more members, as you go, though remember that membership isn't really an important factor.

Perhaps you could make your own flyers, with your "groups" contact details on it. Christian groups are normally weak in this area, a bit of aggression and they quickly move back into shallow water.

Good luck.
