I popped the question reguarding different subjects at a hip-hop forum I post at. now dont let the words "Hip-Hop" disencourage you. this guy who replied extensively had some points and some misunderstandings. where is he wrong at?... here's what he wrote

China - A Economic and future military power house that will give USA competition as the only world super power, however speculation of a War between China and USA is highly unlikley seeing as the two economies are very co-dependant on each others co-operation, I believe the Chinese Communist government while although not great, is probley the better of the last few Commie Governments.

Russia, old USSR
I think that Russia, is a country still recovering from the reverberations of the break up of the USSR, Russia is still a power to be recognised but a shell of thier former self, they are still recovering from the fall of communism, and have a similar occupation war in Checnya not unlike the war in Iraq, The Russians are still trying to not bend over to the west, and retain very close ties to China and even arms deals with Iran which is in the hot seat as public enemy #1, but will be a voice of reason even if they are still very self interested.

Republicans A US political party that is currently in office because they used a strong position as thier platform for re-election and didnt deviate from it, right or wrong, they have done what they said they were going to do

Democrats - A US political party that lost confidence of the US people, and has not even began to really regain it, through ship jumping, flip flopping leaders, and baseless accusations and bickering they have a long road for recovery.

Liberals are you talking about a liberal mind set? or the Liberal Party of Canada?
Socialist This is just a word, and a form of society which inevitably due to human nature, is doomed to fail.
Anarchist - Bullshit teenagers with authority complex's
Communist - The Thoery of modern utopia, a workers paradise as defined by Karl Marx and Fredriech Engles pertaining to working conditions in Industrial Revolution English society and Europe where workers and working class people had no representation in society or rights.
Cuba Cuba, a country ran by a communist dictator who dosnt have much longer to go befor he gos onto greener pastures and is pushing up daisies, then well see where the political future of Cuba lies.

Socialist: Human nature does not exist how this person imagines that it does. Socialism is a broad term (or narrow in some situations) that includes a variety of ideologies. Socialism is about equality and giving control of the labour (and what is produced by that labour) of a person back to that person.

Anarchist: A person who subscribes to anarchism. Anarchism is a set of ideologies that have basic principles of opposition to hierarchy and coercion at the core. Includes opposition to state and capitalism.

Communist: A person who subscribes to communism. Communism is a classless stateless society where goods are shared in common (see also anarchism). Different people have different ideas about how to get there (see Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Kropotkin and others).

Liberalism: Two types 'classical' and 'welfare'. Classical liberalism focuses on small government and maximum individual sovereignty along with a 'capitalist' conception of property.

China - A big country made up of a shitload of people, a laughable system of government, and some crazy-ass laws. For the other part of that, there is currently no superpower on Earth other than the American Empire..

Oh it's arms deals, is it? Ha! Don't get me started on US, British and Euro arms deals then. Russia could've been great, but some colossal fuckups and insane amounts of external force crushed what hopes of that there once were.

Republicans A US political party that is currently in office because they used a strong position as thier platform for re-election and didnt deviate from it, right or wrong, they have done what they said they were going to do
Republicans (OPTION #1 OF 2 IN TEH "DEMOCRACY"): One optional modular section of an ultra-right-wing warmongering oligarchy in the US, pushing greed beyond the limits of human endurance around the world, enforcing their imperial agenda at any cost, generally not giving a fuck about even a token nod to existing (but ailing) quasi-socialist features of the largely corporate-run and -owned society that they ostensibly lead.

Democrats - A US political party that lost confidence of the US people, and has not even began to really regain it, through ship jumping, flip flopping leaders, and baseless accusations and bickering they have a long road for recovery.
Democrats (OPTION #2 OF 2 IN TEH "DEMOCRACY"): The other optional modular section of an ultra-right-wing warmongering oligarchy in the US, pushing greed beyond the limits of human endurance around the world, enforcing their imperial agenda at any cost, while giving a token nod here and there (the better to soothe the populace that may stir in its sleep) to existing (but ailing) quasi-socialist features of the largely corporate-run and -owned society that they ostensibly lead.

Liberals are you talking about a liberal mind set? or the Liberal Party of Canada?
Liberals are essentially humanists at heart, despite any beliefs they may have conjured up, or mantras they may have adopted, to make themselves appear more wise or caring.

Socialist This is just a word, and a form of society which inevitably due to human nature, is doomed to fail.
Socialists are liberals of one particular strain, who subscribe to a certain inherited vision of a better society (and thus, world).

Anarchist - Bullshit teenagers with authority complex's
Anarchists are true rebels in a world that is in the main lacking these. They have decided on courage and defiance in the face of the overwhelming volume of bullshit that this world produces daily. Oh, and they are liberals too.

Communist - The Thoery of modern utopia, a workers paradise as defined by Karl Marx and Fredriech Engles pertaining to working conditions in Industrial Revolution English society and Europe where workers and working class people had no representation in society or rights.
That would be part of it.

Cuba Cuba, a country ran by a communist dictator who dosnt have much longer to go befor he gos onto greener pastures and is pushing up daisies, then well see where the political future of Cuba lies.
Another opportunity for an alternative of some kind, crushed.
