Hey, comrades. I've been lurking around the forums for a while now, and as a "present" for a recent birthday I decided I'd sign myself up to the forums. I'm anxious to help contribute to the community and I think RevLeft is an amazing tool for uniting and organizing the leftists of the world.

I'm a sixteen year old socially white male raised in the working class inner city of Kansas City, Missouri, in the US. As of the last two years of my life, I now reside in an extremely reactionary neo-confederate suburb of the city, and am actively involved in organizing and educating the population in my part of the state.

I've been officially a communist for the better part of the 2005-2006 year, although I've held startling leftist viewpoints all throughout my life. Although I had no idea until very recently, I've been raised in around my fair share of socialists, and I am decended from a long line of revolutionaries from Patrice Lumumba informants in the fifties dating all the way back Sitting Bull himslef. If humans truly are products of their enviornment, and I tend to think they are, then I'm definitely a perfect example.

As far as my personal political/social/economic thoughts, my idealogy draws heavily from various forms of anarchism, autonomist marixism, council communism. Religiously, I'm a melting pot of ideas, including weak athiesm, strong agnosticism, ignosticism, and antitheism. I tend to follow situationalist ethics, and I have way too many favorite philosophers to think of .

My favorite foods include oranges and most citrus fruits, vegetable lo mein, and vegetarian chili; my favorite artists range from Picasso to Dondi; and my JVC is currently bumping Peter Tosh (athough my one true love will always be hip hop).

I can't thank all of you enough for this great organisational feat, and, like I said, I can't wait to contribute. If you have any questions about my philosophies, personal favorites, hobbies, etc., feel free to ask!

Love and :hammer:,
