I think they talk about it a little bit in Monty Pythons Holy Grail... Where the man is being suppressed. He talks about Anarcho Syndicate-Commune

The short + sweet of it is a focus on union organizing along anarchist lines, with the crux of the philosophy being that these libertarian syndicatos will form the basis of administration in post-revolutionary society.

There is also none-anarcho syndicalism in which the 'OBU' theory is still practiced but allied to a more Leninist interpretation, i.e a party is still required to act as a motivator and vanguard of the working-class

Or at least that's what I believe

The best book I've read to give a concise understanding of Anarcho-syndicalism was: 'Anarcho-syndicalism: Theory and Practice' by no other than Rudolf Rocker himself.

I don't think there is an internet version.
