How to make a Communist theme cover

What you'll need:
Bottle of Scarlet Rit Dye
Desert Pot Helmet Cover
USSR Star (http://www.angiesoutdoor.ca/military_surplus/soviet/pins_large.jpg) (optional)

First dye the Desert cover a dark red with the dye. Once dry you can attach the star and put on your helmet. Great for blocking rubber bullets and bean bags at protests.
