Fast-Food Worker Tosses Grease at Customer

PHILADELPHIA - A fast-food worker tossed a cup of hot grease on a customer, giving the woman second- and third-degree burns on her arms and chest, authorities said.

The 17-year-old worker was charged with aggravated assault. The employee, who had worked at the Checkers restaurant in West Philadelphia for about two months, will be fired, a restaurant manager said Wednesday.

Lambert's 36-year-old niece had spit on the employee, a police report said.

I once heard that a memo was circulated in a Police station warning officers not to eat at fast-food resturants because many emplyees had previous run-ins with cops which caused them to retaliate by pissing and spitting in their drinks.

I worked in a KFC over a summer once. Seriously never eat there, especially if you look rich.

And if you do, be really fucking nice to the person who is serving you, otherwise you don’t know what you will be eating.

Now, this is a sign or a pre-text as one would say that predisposes a decaying capitalist society within the Marxian macro-level....blah-blah-blah...this proletariat must sell their labor power to the bourgeoise in order to receive the necessities to life. One must contend that labor power in the capitalist sense and the exploitation of it is what commanded this proletariat who must sell their labor power in order to survive to throw the excrement of the food product onto this petty-bourgeiose (middle-class) customer....blah...blah...blah..

Thus, we can safely conclude that fast food workers ought to own the means of production and should be paid more than their share of labor power: $250 an hour!

This is just one of the many pretexts to proletariat revolution that communists expect to see within a decaying capitalist society.

*end sarcasm*

I can see that the behavior of your ruling class is really "getting to you"...or at least having your attention drawn to it is something you find exasperating.

Perhaps you could achieve"inner peace" and even "enlightenment" by simply changing the numbers of your IP address.

Speak to a customer representative of your Internet Service Provider...I'm sure they get requests like that all the time.

Life when you are working in the service industry is a pain in the ass. I have actually just worked my last shift at my bar job after nearly two years. Minimum wage (or near enough), long, often unpayed or or underpayed (holidays, unsociable hours etc) hours, and an often abusive public mean that the job can actually be hell.

The problem is, that at a certain age, or without qualifications, these are often the only jobs that you can get hold of in certain areas (if any at all). The capitalist view that the worker can just quit is not true here. I managed it because I received a government grant for college (I see it as my real tax rebate), but few are this fortunate.

I have worked better paid jobs, but none as difficult as my time spent cooking/cleaning/KPing/bartending. Communism aside, even with a capitalist mentality it should be obvious that these workers should get paid more. Until then thebad service of anyone that pisses us off will likely continue. This isn't a childish whinge about things not been nice, this is genuine distress about a shit situation.
