Welcome, comrade. I know there are many self-described Trotskyists here, but I don't know about members of the "USFI" (I thought you comrades changed the name of the "United Secretariat"?).

The USFI results fourth International original from the congress of foundation of 1938. All the other International are scissions or scissions of scissions...
The US section is Socialist Action ( http://www.socialistaction.org ) but we are also present in more than 40 countries around the world.

We have a Youth Communist League here in Canada, but in my particular province it really doesn't exist (it's stronger in BC). I'm a member of the Communist Party of Canada though, but I'm afraid we haven't had a meeting where I live in over a year, and haven't paid my dues! (haven't had a meeting!) I'm a bad Party member..... ironically, I think I'd have to drive out to a rural area to get in on some commie meetings (which was one of my initial reasons for moving to the city.... irony's a killer huh)

Hi comrade, thanks for replying. Yes, I know the "USFI" is the direct descendant from the FI formed in 1938. I was just asking a technical question. I thought that, at your last World Congress, you changed the name of the "United Secretariat" to "International Committee" or "International Secretariat" or something like that.

It's exact comrade. It's International Commitee. But i'm old school, i say always USFI. :D
