BAGHDAD, Iraq - President Jalal Talabani met with representatives of seven armed groups and is optimistic they may agree to lay down their weapons, his office said Sunday. It was the first time a senior Iraqi official has acknowledged talks with insurgents.

They will only lay down their weapons when the United Fascist States get out of there.

im surprised by the talks happening but i dont think it means something.
at best its an opportunity to take some pictures of the guys that are not yet identified and a chance to follow them to their hide-outs.

its sad to see how iraq is falling appart i am almost tempted to say saddam should be put back into power because he would be able to keep the country together.
but most of his followers are either dead or unable to take their old positions.

instead i think the best option for iraq is annexation into iran but i doubt bush would like that (or anyone else for that matter)
