isnt it human nature to find a leader and go after him

There is no such thing as "human nature" besides the need to eat, sleep, and fuck.

The tendency that humans have had to follow charismatic leaders is a reflection of the economic system they live in, which will be radically different in a communist society.

The same is true for fascism and other disturbing ideologies, once a true communist society develops they will simply drift in to the trash bin of history with religion and other unnecessary reflections of capitalism.

Immediately after the revolution of course, it would be necessary to stop fascist and theists from spreading their counterrevolutionary propaganda as the revolutionary government consolidates power and begins to destroy class divisions.

fascists like to say that we "need" a leader, but thats just bullshit.

a communist society would be leaderless and classless because the workers would be runing it themselves. in capitalism people look for heroes and "leaders" cause there lives are miserable, but in communism they would be fulfilled and satisfied.

it isnt human nature that makes people follow bad leaders , its capitalism and capitalism can be gotten rid of! :)

It wouldn't be!

Communist society is distinctly unordered. People do what they want, when they want, and live generally enjoyable and unhassled.

I know it sounds somewhat utopian, but it's perfectly achievable. You see the "law and order" that rightist types like to talk about today, that has nothing to do with "human nature" or "natural law", it is solely a product of capitalism and the inequalities that go with it.

By destroying class society, a revolution will also destroy all the baggage that went with it, including an institutionalized enforcement of "law" or "order".

There will certainly be rules in communist society, but they will be basic and they will be intuitive. They will also be democratic and minimalist.

Despite recurrent bourgeois propaganda, communists do not want "bigger government", we want bigger democracy and that means eliminating the implicity power disparity of capitalism.

isnt it human nature to find a leader and go after him

No.

Firstly, there is no such thing as "human nature", and second, even evolutionarily speaking, we have developed to be largely independent thinkers.

Unless we are socialized otherwise, humans tend to be curious, rational, and quite motil. The fascist/bourgeois notion that we need "rulers", even "representative" ones, is a complete and utter fabrication.

what would happen to fachists would there be a communist police who killes them

There will be no "police" in an institutional sense in postrevolutionary society, although there will undoubtably be people who investigate crimes at various levels, although they themselves will be heavily scrutinized by society.

In terms of fascists, they will, for the most part, have been dealt with durring the revolution itself one way or another and the surviving "true believers" will be disorganized and disparate.

It should also be noted that by the time a revolution in on the horizon, the working class will have become far more militarized and will almost certainly have been fighting fascists in the streets for years.

A postrevolutionary proletariat will be an active proletariat, and it won't need any "police" to take care of fascists.

We'll know what to do all on our own! :D
