Would someone be kind to explain to me the meaning of the next expressions?

Common ownership

Communal ownership

Collective ownership

Public ownership

Social ownership

My knowledge in English wishes to be better :(

Thanks

I'd like to ask too the meaning (similarity or difference) of the words:

socialization

collectivization

nationalization

Thank you.

Common ownership means that the public owns and controls the buildings or whatever.

Communal ownership is the same as common ownership, I believe.

Collective ownership means that the business is equally owned by the workers, as a group.

Public ownership see common ownership.

Social ownership not sure... probably the same as common ownership.

socialization is when something is created with socialist principles.

collectivization is the act of creating collective ownership.

nationalization is when something is either controlled by the public or the state (as opposed to privatization).

Thank you very much for the help, Xero.

My hope that in English there are exact definitions of terms is withering
For example: the e-translator for the word "public" gives me the next variants -

social,
common,
state,
national,
nation-wide,
communal.

Hm, "using to somebody's taste" :)

They say that Russian language is hard. Don't believe them. English is really hard.

Thank you.
