Seems not as radical of a group as I would like. I plan on going with a bunch of friends. Is there any hope of radicals being there?

I heard about this from someone from a Food Not Bombs chapter.
I'm gonna be going, even though its not that radical.
As far as I know the Communist Party USA is endorsing it.
Also a whole bunch of anarchists from MAMA are gonna be there as well.
So I think we might have a decent amout of radicals there but I doubt anythings gonna happen. People are prolly just gonna bang some pots, yell "Bush is a murderer" piss of and go home.

Go to their About Us page.
We're a bunch of spoiled, Che t-shirt wearing, radical wanna-bes who miss the 60s and hate America. We don't believe that any nation deserves the freedom and liberty that this nation enjoys and would rather support socialist, totalitarian regimes because it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy.
Sounds like shit to me!

Yeah, that april29th.org site was my work.
First it redirected to this http://www.geocities.com/ufpjtruth/mockpage.html (a spool of their site.)
Then to this http://www.geocities.com/ufpjtruth/index.html
Changing it back to the original.

Just thought I'd share the above with you so the anarchists/radical wanna-bes here are not up crying all night and can go back to asking mommy to wash your black bandanas.

Hi all! Just giving an update.
The march was very peaceful, no arrests were made and there was something around ten thousand people who went out.
I was with the anarchists in Students for a Democratic Society. I think we were the only contigent that turned some heads because of our provocative chants and the fact that we were one of the loudest there. We were the only group that comprised of almost entirely of youth activists.
Unfortunately, we only had around 40 people in our contingent. The reason for this is probably due to the fact that Infoshop.org gave us the wrong place to meet. However, I still found them eventually.
All in all it was a lot of fun, but there wasn't very much action. I plan on going to more protests which take a more militant approach. However, I personally had no problem with our non violent stance. You don't have to be violent to be proud of what your doing.
This was the first time that I've marched under the red and black flag, and I must say that I am extremely proud of having done so. I plan on doing this again and again. I will be active in supporting our cause for however long it takes.
I will post some pictures tommorow.

So glad that you're proud of hanging out with the little masked pussies. You must be really proud of your accomplishments -- you actually chanted LOUDLY. You're boys are out of control!

I really enjoyed the SDS/Anarchist/Anti-authoritarian contingent on the 29th, a very militant presence compared to the other organizations. I'm looking forward to future actions and hope that youth will begin stepping it up and pushing the anti-war movement into a new direction. "There's a change gonna come!"
Photos and a report back from the 29th are available at: www.nextleftnotes.net
Just scroll down a little bit. I also hope to see some familiar faces on the M27 action in NYC sponsored by WRL and SDS.
I'll see you on the frontlines.
