All right, long time lurker, first time poster, and I thought the recent events in Ontario warranted some action or at least a discussion of action. I'm on the West Coast myself, Vancouver, and really feel something needs to be done to show a bit of support for the bands struggling against the government over there. I know the BC Chiefs have all ready come out with an official statement of support but I figured it wouldn't hurt to bring the idea up.

Anyone, anywhere in Canada, have any ideas? Or some websites or anything to share? This is something we should be getting behind me thinks.

So you want to support anti-authorotarian bands? hmm, that's tough. Well, you can advertise their gigs, or help them out by finding free halls to perform in or something.

I can't think of anything tha tdosn't boil dow nto getting money for them.
