I have one simple question. Is there any difference between the society Syndicalists advocate and that which Communists do (within Anarchism, that is). I think I have a general idea of the differences in opinion of how to get there, but is there any difference in the goal?
Thanks.

Syndicalists are explicitly committed to the idea of trade unions as the "organs of working class power" in a post-revolutionary society.
Communists are more "open ended" on the subject...being in favor of "whatever will work" in terms of working class power.

i think anarcho-syndicalism is more of a tactic to achieve communism, rather than an end in itself.
anarchosyndicalism focuses alot in the workplace, and how to organize it.
