I stumbled upon these Propagnda videos, most of them anti-Soviet stuff from the 60's, still really interesting (and some are just hilarious  )

Pretty cool site archive.org that is. Lots of public domain films and other media there. I'm getting a copy of Night of the Living Dead and Refer Madness.

The duck and cover video is just plain stupid! It doesn't matter which position your body happens to take or the fact of hiding under a desk, it won't save you from a nuclear blast.

The duck and cover film has been notorious for its stupidity for years. I remember we were supposed to paint our windows white to stave-off a nuclear blast in the UK.

One of my favorites is Psychological Operations in Support of Internal Defense and Assistance Programs. It details psyops in "Hostland", a country under attack by communist subversive elements. I also love some of the cartoons, especially the one where the character drinks a bottle of "ISM" and is magically transported to what is supposed to be some kind of Stalinist nightmare. On the same note, the In Our Hands series is about what America under "communism" would be like (I think it is the thrid one that deals with the communists being elected and etc.).
I spent more or less all morning watching Archive.org propaganda videos :D
