Hi everyone,
I really need to know Why was the United States do determined to extinguish the life of Guevara? I know there's probably political , histoirical and social reasons... but what are they ?
Is it because they knew that he represented an outspoken opposition to their supremacy?

It pissed me off to don't know what was going on and why they killed him in Bolivia in 1967...
fucking Americans ..

Well, the US was opposed to any type of leftist movement so it would only be common sense that they wanted to stop Che. After all, they funded the Bolivians in order to help prevent any type of leftist movement from attaining success.

Felix Rodriguez's superiors actually wanted him to bring Che in for questioning but this was overidden by the Bolivian general who ordered his execution.

Che ruthlessly criticized every principle the "yanquis" centered their life around i.e. capitalism, imperialism, and westernization. So the government believes that anyone who doesn't agree with American western culture is a threat. Che did more than just criticize. He fought against right-wing thought in combat, which gave CIA and government more reason to capture him.
