Well most crime is property theft and I consider an act of property theft a 'Class War' act and therefore I would consider that person who commited property theft a poltical prisoner. So you can pretty much get the picture of how many poltical prisoners there are.

Certainly one would have to include all those convicted of "drug crimes"...probably a million or more! :o

That really depends on who you "steal" from.

Not too many people are that picky and these graduate to bigger crimes like stealing by dealing.

Actually most crime in the US is to do with contraband objects, and of the total prison population 64% are there for illeagal drugs.

Mafiasos steal, I guess its part of the class war, Mafia working against the capitalists?? What about corperations that steal? I guess they are in the class war being political prisoners when they steal the worker's pensions. Obviously the there are only going to make a deal of theft when its the average guy stealing, and when theres a deal of the corps plundering the peoples they will make it legal to do so.

But whatever, it depends on who's politics people in the infamous trotserbating Spartacus League consider paediophiles political prisoners.
