After being shut down for over three weeks by corporate pigs, www.fuckauthority.org is finally back online. I have a bunch of new articles up on various topics, including a brand new introduction to anti-capitalism, and an article on the 7 easy ways to help create anarchy.

I've lost quite a bit of traffic during the time I've been down, and I'd really like it if you could help me get the word out that we're back online, by linking to me on your website or blog or whatever, sending around a myspace bulletin, or posting some of our articles around the web with a link to our main site. if you feel like it, it would be greatly appreciated.

The only problem I have with this site is that it's too negative. It focuses on what anarchism is against (or anti-), but not on anything positive.

i don't really think that's a fair assesment. there's plenty of stuff on the site that talks about creating a society based on autonomy, altruism, and mutual aid. the opening "manifesto" does focus on what we're fighting against, but the rest of the site i think takes a much more postive view.

Fuck authority? Personally, I would deny them the pleasure of having us prostitute to them.

 Seriously, this sounds good. I will check it out.

Well, I guess it's the paragraph that states anarchism is "anti-shit." Too much "anti-" this and "anti-" that. Also, it seems rooted in the old, punk-rock, mainstream notion of anarchism as "do whatever you want."

I understand that the REST of the site has information on what anarchism is, but the problem is that the main part of the site is what people are generally going to read first, and probably what they are ONLY going to read. It's important to give them a simple, yet accurate of anarchism is, counter to the popular understanding of it.
