Why have every communistic revolution ended up in faliure? and massive death?
like in china and russia.
The revolutions succeded in removing the capitalist from the throne but why did it end up in a ruthless dictatorship.

Russia and China were feudal societies before their revolutions.
After their revolutions, they used a Leninist-style state. This explains the dictatorship.
What the revolutions 'succeeded' in doing was to place the capitalists on the throne, figuratively speaking. It can be argued that in these instances, Leninism eased the transition to modern capitalism.
But there has never been a communist revolution. Not yet.

Well it could be considered that both the Paris Commune and parts of Spain during the civil war were "communist".
The answer to why has every revolution (you said communist, but almost all political revolutions have been the same) been bloody and replaced one ruling class with another, well it depends on where you come from.
Bourgeois revolutions have created a capitalist ruling class. Or at least led the way to this. This is what happened in Britain, France and later Russia and China. What distinguishes the latter two is that socialists or communists took over the revolution in the name of the workers. Ultimately you can blame Leninists (or Lenin himself in Russia) and the others who were around (such as Trotsky and Stalin).

It was Lenin's (and others of course) fault because he was a scumbag who thought that he could rule the workers and not forget that they are actually better at working then the boss. Whether that boss is a capitalist or communist.
