one can only wonder what kind of life could the third and fourth world countries have with only half the money the U$ is spending on weapons, let alone with all the money the Goverment is just throwing away.

It makes me shake to see the actual figures, a small country like mine with that kind of money would be the greatest country in the world, only a fraction of that could bring the Argentina crisis to a seize and not to imagine how the africans would feel with a couple mroe dollars.
