I'm doing a debating contest tommorow and I was wondering whether you could help me on this motion..

THW (this house would) let Turkey join the EU.

Firstly, can someone fill me in, in detail on the situation.

And secondly, can someone help me getting opposition and proposition arguments.

Turkey is traditionally seen as a boarder country between Europe and Asia. The culture is different to European culture. But racists are racists regardless of culture.

What you should do is culturejam it.
Say it doesn't matter if Turkey joins or not, as all nation/states are going to die come the revolution. Come out of the closet with your radical beliefs.
