Libertarian and Orthodox Marxism

What's the difference between Libertarian and Orthodox Marxism?
I've been wondering for a while.

In my understanding Libertarian marxism is less authoritative approach derived from Marxism. It emphasises the points where Marx points to the ability of the Working Class to forge it's own destiny without the need for a revolutionary party or state to mediate or aid its liberation. It transcends both marxism and anarchism.
