Hi to everyone. I'm fairly new to this forum, i've been reading it for about a week now, i didn't want to post too much as my knowledge on the left is very limited. I've enjoyed reading the various topics, amazing the ammount of knowledge the majority of you have, i've found it very informative.
Before august last year i have to admit i was the kind of person who thought communism BAD, American, English governments have all the answers, we were right to go to Iraq etc.....To be honest i think i was just answering questions with what i thought to be the general conception of what is right in the world, without actually knowing anything and anything i did know came from great sources such as The Sun newspaper lol. What i didn't realise until a friend at work pointed it out, is that my way of thinking seems to be naturally leftist. I always liked to speak up for people at work who i thought got a raw deal, i joined the union as soon as it was implemented and was always willing to speak to unsure people on the benefits of joining it. I know it's only a round about way and the begining of my education into these topics but i look forward to learning from you all.
