What is compulsory ICJ jurisdiction?

The ICJ is the International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands. Compulsory jurisdiction means (I think, someone correct me) that a country which abides by such must accept all ICJ jurisdictions. LOL, Umm, here, this can explain it better: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICJ
