chavez shirt

don't know if this question fits in here but let me try...
i got a red t-shirt of a friend and there's written on the front "vota no" and on the back "uh, ah, chavez no se va"...
ok it's from venezuela and a friend of mine (he's from there) told me that it's pro chavez but it sound kind of against him...so it's a big fight in my mind...
if anybody knows if it's against or pro just tell me...

well the second part says "chavez do not go away" so i'm asuming thats pro chavez.

yes i know that but the Vota No is very strange for me...so i was just a little bit confused...but anyways...thank you!!!
