You see, if prayer actually worked, we'd all be screwed.

Remember, the vast majority of prayers are not coming from communists or socialists, most of them have long abandoned such superstitious garbage. No, 95% of the prayers that "God" is recieving come from the reactioanry right.

If "God" were to do a representative sampling of his "prayer inbox", he would have no choice but to conclude that what people "really want" is a capitalistic theocratic christian fascist society ...and I suppose he would oblige. :o

It does meet with his "divine aproval", after all. Certainly the "Holy Bible" endorses such a brutally reactionary society.

So again, thank "God" that prayer is nothing but antiquated self-delusion. Otherwise, we might be in real trouble! :lol:

If there is a God(s), I'm guessing he/she would play a passive role in human affairs. What would he do if there were two conflicting prayers? He certainly couldn't answer them both.

I once prayed. When those prayers weren't being answered I asked god for proof he existed. Well, I got no proof. Shortly after that I just stopped believing.
