According to n-tv (Germany's CNN), Ari Fleishman just declared that the US will invade Iraq at any rate, *even if* Saddam leaves the country, and possibly even before the ultimatum ends. At least he's honest.

So, what was this war about again? Anyone?

Could somebody who speaks German possibly translate this article. Not that i don't believe you larissa, i do, but i'd like to read it in its entirety

This sure as hell debunks the whole U.S. "at least we are giving them a last chance". More like trying to save face.

Surprise, surprise. Contradictory to the nth degree. First it was that they were the Axis of Evil, then it was maybe ties to Bin Laden, then it was to liberate the people of Iraq (yeah...liberate them from their human rights, culture, homeland, natural resources etc...), then it was "Saddam" has to go.

This proves that it really is about power, strategic position, and oil.

Now when Bush's boys pulverize, rape and slit open pregnant women, how will Bush clear that with his conscientious objection to taking any unborn life?

Maybe he better git on the phone to His Holiness ASAP...
