I love the IDEA of the United Nations, as I am very internationalist and believe in collective cooperations among nations (this does NOT mean everyone has the same culture or whatever, it means putting your differences aside and favoring the common good where it counts) the problem is, nations themselves tend to be very Nationalist. (Duh) Especially the United States, which is all "muahaha we're big Americans and we're more importan than everyone else. Fuck you!"
very good point one of the big problems with the UN is that they really dont have the power to do anything, they are supposed to help countries in civil wars with food and to keep things from getting out of hand but they aren't allowed to shoot at anyone another thing thats wrong is that even though they're intent is good to help people most the time when delivering food and such the strongest power ends up taking it for their own troops and the people get nothing and thats what the food is their for to help the starving citizens the UN also doesn't actually have an army or a military force at all the local superpower takes control of its district and say they will help but usually just use the blue heads for their own good....
