Any man/woman can do whatever he/she desires. One day they can cut meat, and the next they can fix toilets. They can grow plants in the morning, and sell books after dinner.

Nice post STN, that's it in a nutshell.

You do.
do you have any say?
Communism is your say.
and why should you be a farm woker when your next door neighbor is a surgeon?
Do you want to be a farmer? Great, then be one, who cares what your neighbour is? Of course, if you want to be a doctor too, then get education and training and become one. :D

What you want to do is in your hands alone.
Communism is a libertarian philosophy; no one should force you to do anything.

well lets not get ahed of ourselves and fall inlive in a fantasy world. What if everybody just felt like selling old CDs and starting a record shop. Then no work would be done. What man would choose completely volentarily to work in the sewer or being a garbage man. We need some rules and some lines to follow, if not it would be anarchy.

 I thought anarchy was apart of communism.

RedStar2000 Papers - Who Will Clean The Sewers? (http://www.redstar2000papers.com/theory.php?subaction=showfull&id=1083202823&archive=&cnshow=headlines&start_from=&ucat=&) I wish more people would read RS2K's papers, regardless of what you think of his stance he has done some cracking explanatory articles. If you want an answer to that question, read at least the first sixth of that page and you'll get one.
if not it would be anarchy.
Anarchy is the theory that advocates the idea that with the removal of the state, capitalism will fall. What you are talking about is chaos, I think.
 I thought anarchy was apart of communism.
Only in the means of achieving a classless society is Anarchism different from Communism *waits to be flamed by an anarchist for the error of that statement :D)

i dont want to sell cd's. people become surgeons, or the ones who are doing it by heart, because they WANT to. in communism people would do jobs based on their desire. some people like to clean sewers, yeah its weird but someone is doing it and likes it.
i would work on small engines and write books.
People tend to look at jobs as a means to make money so they can live comfortably. But if everyone was living comfortably, then people would do what they want. wow, sounds like a great place to me.

I don't think anyone wants to clean the sewers.
For this reason, we: A) divide up such unwanted work and do it communally, or B) automate such work, and have machines do it for us.
My guess is that early on (in communism) we'll use option A while later on we'll use option B.

I think he is talking about the literal and commonly accepted definition of anarchy, not the political term.

some people like to clean sewers
In my opinion cities would become overhauled to have things like that automated. Along with that, that which could not become automated would be dished out as community service.
