Dr. Chalmers Johnson recommended this film to me. Dr. Johnson used to be a right-winger but he "turned" several years ago when he didn't see the so-called "peace dividend" materialize. He's pretty radical now and he's working on the last chapter of his new book Nemesis: The Crisis of the American Republic. He wrote Blowback and Sorrows of the Empire.
