Well, I have ever heard that she was dead because of a cancer but with what Vox Populi tell about her speech in Sweden, I think she is alive.

lol Hope_Guevara it was Aleida Guevara March who made a speech in Sweden, this person is asking if Aleida March is still alive(Che's Wife). And for the original question i dont know. I dont think she is.

As of August 2005, she was still living.

His eldest daugther, Hilda Guevara Gadea, from his first wife, died of cancer in 1995.

I'm pretty sure that she is still alive though she must be in her late 60's to early 70's right now.
