Dear comrades,
First post and hello to all. I have spent 16 years of my life in the loyalist dominated areas of Belfast, paramilitary gangs with fascist tendencies well documented on the global media. These people have links with neo-nazi groups such as BNP/ C-18 which is less well documented.
I hail from a pro- UK rule protestant background and at school I had the neo- con orange christian curriculum forced down my neck hence my hatred for the right wingers. During my university education on the UK mainland I developed a taste for anti-capitalist politics as it explained the situation in my home city. In 2001 I was at the anti-G8 demo in Genoa where 300 000 turned out and I tasted tear gas for the first time in my bit for the struggle!
anyway, thats a little about me, hope to take part in the future debate.

Welcome Comrade! I hear your anger, and I feel it in my blood. My maternal grandmother, born and raised in Belfast, said the very same things you're saying. She would tell marvelous stories about her secondary school career and the hardships she endured at the hands of the Loyalists.I commend your struggle against the BNP and all other Fascist parties in the Republic and the UK. I hope, as you do, that the Republic of Ireland will once again be reunited with the Six Occupied Counties. It's good to have you in the struggle against Fascism and Capitalism, together exploitation of the working people of the world can end and we will prevail!
Comhaontú na hÉireann !
