I'd most definitely use it, I've been wanted to find stuff I can use like this for ages. It'll probably be torn down by the council, but then, when the council is paying for the paper and ink to print them on, and they are abiding by their own recycling policy, I don't give a damn :)

Could you alter the spelling error though? :D Not that anyone in my area would notice <_<
