View Full Version : How to organise the revolution

I think that when and if the revolution does come well have to have a maximum amount of cadres, disciplined psychologically sound people who will be able to direct the revolution quickly and efficiently. This is of course only useful if there is large scale fighting or subversive activities involved. I do not condone the excessive and wanton use of violence against bystanders. I think it will be necessary for these cadres to exist because they will need to be able to direct the proletarian masses around for the duration of the revolution and subsequent rebuilding of society. These people will have to be morally and physically fit, have good leader ship skills, know useful things for when the revolution comes about and of course be educated. Most importantly however these people will have to be recruited. What might be a good idea is to find three revolutionary leftists and start there. Here the three revolutionaries will tech each other all the skills they know and research new ones. Once the feel they an adequate number of skills (organizing propaganda ECT…) they will disband and cease to meet each other outside of their normal relations. They will then search for three possible candidates each and either start convincing these or convince them of the rightness of their ways. Thus three cells are formed. Each of the cell leaders will teach the other members all the skills they learnt. The group will then disband again and will try to find new members to for a total of 9 new cells. This will continue until the cadre cannot find any new members. These cell leaders will know of each other and thus the entire network can be contacted by contacting one of the members. Thus the network will be able to become active at the call of one of them to start the revolution or just take part in actions such as protests or helping out fellow comrades and so on. This will deal with one of the major problems of leftists today : lack of organization.
A major problem with this system is that it looks in terms of structure very much like a terrorist organisation.
This is by no means my absolute opinion on the matter. These are just ideas on how to make the communist machine work in a better fashion. But it must work better than it does now, this is one thing im convinced of.

Revolution in large industrial countries like the USA or UK is going to be a bit more difficult than in countries like Cuba or South American countries.

Reason being, most revolutionary groups train and live in the jungles in those countries. In the US and UK, any kind of secretive place is either hard to find or extremely small.

Revolutionaries would have to be spread out into many smaller cells. Each cell keeping to their own task and not knowing the location of other cells. (To ensure that if one is infilitrated, they all aren't.)

I agree with above post. As in the book "1984" each cell (or person) cannot know more then a handful of people until the time comes. Each cell has to be independant. You could send out status reports of each cell to all the cells but never disclosing who is in each and where they are located.

organising the revolution on this sight is a bad idea i think we should all just stick to our commie-organisations

I think the Revolution should be organized wherever and whenever. Most Communist organizations, atleast in my experience, are more caught up in reformism than action, believing change will come with protests, screaming and the simple act of organization itself.

Did you see that CNN video of the Russian skinheads? They're willing to risk encarceration, and they act on their dellusional opinions. We should be doing the same. Not simply culling together, shifting about, too afraid to start.

Stop making plans. The plans are already there. Get together, and start doing it.

I wish i could, but its not like just running outside my house and throwing rocks at the wondows at my local kfc is going to do anything, so ile support the revolution when it actualy happens, but trust me it wont happen on this site.

EDIT: tho you are very right, these organisations are bent on reforming rather than action. i would much rather be out ther fighting for what i beleive in, insdeed just protesting and talking about it

The revolution needs the support of a majority if not all of the masses.

Not until we reach near to this point, an early revolution would just be a fasicst one.

Propaganda, debates, education in other to gain people's acceptance are the first steps.

I agree with Fidelbrand. Without the masses the revolution will just be coup orchestrated by a political elite. and can only end in tyranny or reppression. But organising the revolution is instrumental to making it successfull. Even for the propaganda part of the revolution it will be necessary for some form of organised thought to direct it.

ye... I just think that the fatal errors of socialist/communist needs to be avoided in order to bring us to a new level.

An incremental and more-democratic approach is needed so people will start to think our cherrished idea is THE better solution for mankind.
