Hey this is my first post just wanted to say Hi. Well am 19 years old, college student from nyc studying criminal justice, I always considered my self leaning "left." I checked out the politics section and you guys seem to know alot. I need to learn alot! I don't mind getting schooled a million times thats apart of learning right? Well just wanted to say whats up? youll find a lot of great discussion on here, don't be afraid to contribute to it ;) truth is we're all learning, and youll probably find your views changing the more you read and post. i know mine have :P anyways, im 19 too and doing law, im doing criminal law this semester and im looking forward to seeing if whether they discuss alternate political models and how they would deal with crime.. we shall see soon :D

Riotersbloc, yeah I just started on this one specific class, not so clear if we will be discussing alternate models, sucks if we don't, thats why I signed up for the class in the first place. I will know this week! The syllabus will be handed out on thursday.
