WASHINGTON, March 9.— While Iraq continues its disarming and the world maintains its opposition to war, individuals in President George W. Bush’s government are set on military force and the occupation of this Arab nation.
Speaking on U.S. television, both Secretary of State Colin Powell and Condoleeza Rice, national security advisor, agreed on the need for military aggression against Baghdad.
