The panel of experts that Bush appointed to advise him about the environment tells him his strategy 'lacks vision, goals, timetable and criteria'.

I would say they've completely missed his strategy, which corresponds perfectly to his goals.

Conservatives are so against abortion because it "Kills babies". However, they also don't seem to give a shit about the environment. Don't they realize that if we don't do some serious stuff now, fifty years in the future, babies will be dying left and right due to the pollution that will cover the Earth? Idiots....
