Intrestingly enough, as a child I only lusidly dreamed. Then for year I coudln't recall my dreams, and now I have absolutely no controlve over them, and I don't realize I'm dreaming until I wake up. Does anyone have any thoughts about that?

Eat a few tablespoons of mustard in your evening meal. You'll have vivid dreams.

I suffer from old hag syndrome or s\p
You haven't bin scared till you realize how real the unreal can be
Falling asleep drifting between awareness and semi-awareness
You are aware that you are awake but also aware that you are drifting off to sleep but still semi-aware
Then your state of mind creates a melding of real and hollucinations
you are aware of the grim reaper walking to you before you can see him.
you know he has life threatening intentions and intends to succeed
you try to move but you can't
you try to yell but can't
you are still semi-aware
it starts to push you down till you cant breathe and you give into it knowing it is going to kill you and thats when you come out of it.
as real to me when it happens as i am typing this out
terrifying
