Dear Comrades;
I started teaching the intro to socialism course to high school students this very week and there are many interested studentswho are very inquisitive.The first class periods are spent seeing what info we may already know.A student asked for information about any very early (primitive societies that subscribed to communism. Can anybody provide me with details on this subject? Ernesto

I wish my high school had an Intro to Socialism class. I also wish I had interested, inquisitive students at my school.

Most primitive societies had some sort of anarchy or communism going on.

Generally, primitive communist societies dont produce any surplus, so there is no property, classes are unable to develop and there is no state. Most probably, also, very early societies did not have any kind of religion. Domestification of animals and plants, as the short text I posted explains, led to private property, classes and end of primitive communism.
