I haven't made much progress on my report, and it is due in 2 days....I've only finished a small part of the outline, and I need some serious help!!!

This is what I need help with:

1) material, i.e quotations, information, "meat" for what I am saying for each point on the outline. (Especially on the main points Marx drew from Ricardo, Smith and Rousseau)

2) I need suggestions for my graphics, which will probably be a powerpoint presentation, any suggestions for visuals for every subject are welcome, if you are artistically inclined, you are VERY WELCOME to contribute

Anyways, here is my incomplete outline:

Intro

Theory or Ideology?

What is History?

People who Infulenced Marx

Smith and Ricardo - Marxist Economics

Rousseau - Historical Materialism

Rejecting Hegel - The refutation and rejection of dialectics

The reason for rejecting Hegelian dialectics according to modern Marxists is highly contested by Leninists and Maoists; it has to do with the imprecision of dialectics and the ineffeciency thereof.

Marx's synthesis
.......

I'm thinking of then introducing Marx's idea of the crisis of capitalism in connection with Smith and Ricardo....but introduce Rosseau first and Historical Materialism.

After that, at some point, I want to introduce people who have been infulenced by Marx...the less obvious ones like Einstein, Freud, Malcom X, Charles Darwin...ect. A brainstorm of these people will be very helpful.
