I jjust wanted to ask a few things, kinda, actually i dont know what im doing.
(i think this has to be in a nazi related board, but oh well)


one, did hitler say he was aryan?
if he did, was he really?


and who are the real aryans?


i am persian and in our language, poeple name children arian (arian-aryan, get it!) , and it's just as common as a robert.


i know this is very random and not very clear, but some history of any of these things would help.

You have to remember, this was a time when people were going around measuring peples skulls and grouping them by size.

Persians are usually referred to as aryans, although the race "aryan" doesn't exist, it is useful to use the term to analyze history.

The aryan race that Hitler twistedly sought to achieve were blonde-haired, blue eyed. He was enthralled by the idea that this was a 'perfect' being, and believed that Germans of this nature of appearance were superior to all others. If he had won his conquest and successfully conquered Europe, he would no doubt of either set about annhialating all other races, or gone on to other continents and then done so. He wasn't blonde or blue-eyed though, and wasn't even German. He was Austrian, had brown eyes and brown hair. He didn't even fit his own goals, which goes to show what a twisted prick he really was.

I was under the imperssion that he real aryans were Iranians or Persians. But I know Hitler said that Aryans were true Germand and Austrian.

Basically it was a tribe that migrated off the steppes of Central Asia into Persia and north India. In Persia, they founded Iran, which means the land of the Aryans; in India they became the top of the caste system - just as conquering nations and tribes often become an upper class.

Another branch of that migration, speaking related languages, headed West into Europe. This is why languages in Europe, India and Persia are related - the Indo-European language family.

The Nazis used "Aryan" to refer to both branches of the migration and hooked it into a bunch of nonsense about the supposed racial superiority of Europeans.

In reality, it was just another barbarian conquest off the steppes, like the later Huns and Mongols. In both India and Europe, they conquered peoples more technologically advanced than they were....except in warfare. The barbarians had chariots.

I was talking to a hari krishna a good while ago and alot of what he said seemed to somehow link back up with that nazi crap.The Aryans(the group Severian was talking about) are said to have flameing yellow hair (it seems more like a halo in the drawings) and have magic powers and so forth. Like someone basicly said there is no link between the mid-northen germanic (Scandinavian) people and the Aryans let alone the centre-southen germanic people (Continental europe around Germany) that the Germans are themselfs(Hitler got his army in Scandinavia to rape the mid-northen germanic people (mainly in norway) to merge the people back to "one pure race").

I take it he means "I think this has to be in a Anti-Fascist part of this board" . In some places the words "board"/"forum" can be used interchangeable.

Yeah, I think he is just acknowledging that this might be the wrong part of the forum, but he wasn't sure ;)

I think if Hitler had ever got to the stage where he began to annihilate non-Aryans (after total elimimation of Jews etc.) then he would have had some serious answering to do. Plus, after finally gaining the support of the Wehrmacht, he'd certainly have lost it then as they were simply army conscripts of German people in general, not neccesarily all Aryan. An incredibly odd philosophy to preach, considering he was not an Aryan himself. Many rumours also claim he was a homosexual, though the evidence for that seems pretty weak.
