I was thinking in school the other day... Say a real communist society was formed and there was no gvt. and such. what would happen if people started following some person, and s/he became a local leader and kept developing a following? and this happened in many places across the globe and it became a feudal society again with warlords. could this happen?.
how could we stop it?

Well yeah this has happened before, one of the best examples being the fascists defeating the unfortunately, short-lived Anarchist society in Spain.

Hopefully, the people would be able to see the danger in putting your faith in one person and would reject their beliefs. There will always be some sort of "leader" so I am not quite sure what you are asking here. A local leader as in a town leader or a power-hungry fascist leader?

A local leaderlike a town with such a following s/he can become a power-hungry fascist leader because everyone likes them

Then we shoot them. This is unrealistic at best. What would be the point of proletarian revolution in proles continued to follow people, I dont think it would happen that way.

In communism there wouldn't be the infrastructure for one person to claim power, no matter how popular and influential. The only way would be through popular revolution, and if that was the case then there's not much we could do about it...

Revolution is the result of class struggle. In a society with no classes that should not occur.
