How does international and state trade work under socialism?
If there is no money, then what medium would be used to trade?

Just to note that money will most likely still exist in socialism.
If you're asking about trade in commnism then I have no idea. I suspect barter but that's just a complete guess. Its almost impossible for anyone today to predict, with any accuracy, what communist society will look like.

Trade may be the exchange of what is needed in each region. There are no geographical lines, no states or countries under socialism. I already wrote about Time Labor Vouchers as an incentive for the creation of an Anarchist Society.
